Hi! I’m Xavier Barbot, the founder of The Web Smith. I’m a Computer Science Engineer who started my career in France where I founded several startups. When I’m not working on web projects, I enjoy exploring the island, cooking some French recipes, hiking or kayaking with friends. I try to give back by volunteering for some local organizations like the Kidstart program with the John Howard Society in Campbell River. Other than that, I’m a native French speaker and still can’t shake off this thick accent of mine… sorry 🙂
